Since a few days all his outgoing (or incoming?) messages are collapsed -- i.e. all line breaks are removed from his messages.I don't know anything about Hotmail, so I hope someone here has some idea what could be going on -- an option or preferences setting?He is using the web interface on IE6 (Win2K) to access his Hotmail box.
