Comp Crash Errors

Can Anybody shed any light into the following error message that i keep getting on a blue screen which causes my computer to crash (a lot!)

Also When Booting up my machine i get this message telling me to press F1 to continue :unsure:

IDE Channel 1 no 80 Conductor Cable Installed.

Warning! Insert Key Pressed or clock gen watch dog reset

Enter in setup and save settings before exit.

Please Help all of these problems are highly annoying! ThankYou!

Your boot up message about the cable usually means that:

1. As it says, you don't have an 80 conductor cable installed.

2. The cable is not properly connected. Push the connectors fully home.

3. The cable is connected the wrong way. The colour of the connector and the motherboard socket should be the same - conventionally blue.

Correcting this may remedy your IRQ error.
