-pops- Posted January 10, 2005 Report Share Posted January 10, 2005 Your boot up message about the cable usually means that:1. As it says, you don't have an 80 conductor cable installed.2. The cable is not properly connected. Push the connectors fully home.3. The cable is connected the wrong way. The colour of the connector and the motherboard socket should be the same - conventionally blue.Correcting this may remedy your IRQ error. -pops- Posted January 10, 2005 Report Share Posted January 10, 2005 A web search shows the glausb.sys error does seem to be associated with the drivers supplied with AOL modems.
