trackrat Posted January 21, 2005 Report Share Posted January 21, 2005 A friend has installed some software to try it and does not want it, so he tried to uninstall it and cannot get rid of it.Does anyone know of a free download that I can put on a floppy/usb flahh drive/cdrw to take to his tomorrow as he is not on the internet, that will remove stubborn programs. trackrat Posted January 21, 2005 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2005 Thanks for those links Scarecrow Man.I had to go with ashampoo as the other link led to a download page that came up with a 404, very strange because if you wanted the paid for version you got to the download site straight away.Once again thanks that has saved me looking for the programs folders to delete them and having to edit the registry afterwards.
