Sometimes he receives business documents compressed in SIT format. I helped him to find, download, and install a program that can expand these files: StuffIt Expander at http://www.stuffit.com/.StuffIt Expander - FREE Expansion and Decoding OnlyThat's all he needs. It's a bit difficult, but we finally navigate to the StuffIt Expander download page. But wherever we click, it always leads to a "free trial" download. And whatever we download and install, it always requires a serial number.
