Ben Goodger, the lead engineer for Mozilla Firefox who recently moved to Google, has announced an updated roadmap for Firefox, a web browser that is fast gaining popularity.

The roadmap times a Developer Preview (alpha) in March and a Preview Release (Beta) in April. The Firefox 1.1 is scheduled for a final release in June 2005. It also said two major halves of Firefox 2 development should be complete by end of 2005.
