BF1
My computer keeps crashing and I wondered if there is any software available that runs in the background and logs the program and cause of the problem that effects the crash? Any help gratefully received.
Chris
Are you running Windows XP?If so click Start, Run and type:eventvwr.msc Click OK.Also click Start, Control Panel, System, Advanced, Settings [third] uncheck "Automatically Restart" and then click OK. The next time your computer crashes you will be shown a blue screen, note all the info on the screen and post it back on here.Have you recently installed new software or hardware that conincides with the crashes?
