Jayno Posted February 24, 2005 Report Share Posted February 24, 2005 For my home PC I'm with Pipex (ADSL) which is an excellent and reliable ISP, and deserves my loyalty, though I don't find their website wholly user-friendly (they are more corporate/business oriented I think) and they are not the cheapest.I'm surprised no one has mentioned www.plus.net (in the UK). I chose to go with Plusnet for the Community Organisation I run and I think they beat the socks off everybody else for package-value options, lowprice for download capacity/speed, webpage memory offering, user-friendly website, user-support and their brilliant referrals' benefits scheme.If I woz intelligent I would swop these around and have Plusnet for home and Pipex for work!Jayno ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It was a flip of the coin when I left AOL last year between them and Zen, plusnet said 10 days maybe a couple longer to hook up, Zen said 5 so I went with them. They took only 3 days to have me on-line, not one single problem since in any way. They too are expensive and I look at the offerings from other ISP's at the moment, low cost for high speed and I'm tempted but then chicken out simply because I've got used to such a superb service, wouldn't want to take the risk of losing that quality.
