Recognising a printer @!*

I have alaser printer connected to my PC thru port LPT1 which is the default printer and works fine. However, every time I boot up I get a window telling the computa has recognised this printer as new hardware, and it tries to prompt me to the installation wizard. I just cancel it and the window disappears, leaving me to get on with things and the printer always works fine.

Any ideas what's happening team, and how to fix it?
