ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Hello, and welcome to the Windows Forum! You do not mention what version or Word you use. Please also indicate where you currently have these two files. There are a number of articles mentioning these two files in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. See here for a list of possible articles. scuzzman
How about uninstalling and then reinstalling Office?I concur - or even just a repair installation (run the install program again, it will give you this option).
andsome
How about uninstalling and then reinstalling Office?I concur - or even just a repair installation (run the install program again, it will give you this option). On the rare occasion that I have had a problem with Office, I have never found the repair option to be much good. I usually end up reinstalling it. It is however worth a try first.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
The problem with Office repairs is when you had Service Packs or other patches applied. It finds compatibility problems, and usually ends up doing more damage than good.If Office is in unpatched condition, then it may be worth a try at Repair Install. Daphne
Guyofran, go Windows Explorer toC:\Programak\common files\microsoft shared\PROOFand them there. If this does not work, go from there to the specific folder of the language of mssp3hb.dll (hb are the acronym of that language). that folder has a cypher name like 1031 (think thats english), of course, for "hb" it should be a different one. If u dont know it, just look into every numberde folder after "hb" in the middle of the file names (almost *.lex and *.dll extensions), and paste both files there. If this then doesnt work, well... go to http://www.zjzmpop.co.yu/id2.htmand download the whole language pack and install it again. If not, then reinstall word or office :)
