SuSe 9.1 and Win XP

I just installed SuSe Linux 9.1 and I realized it overwrote my MBR! I have looked here but I don't want to have to go through all that stuff. Is there a Windows command prompt command that will give XP the ability to boot? I don't care if it blocks SuSe (I didn't like it), all I want is my Windows back? Does anyone know how write the MBR in favor of Windows?

PS: I do not a have bootloader such as GRUB or Lilo installed.

Same error.... I tried Googling it and came up with this although the copying from the CD to the hard drive didn't work.. The first file i386\ntldr worked, but the second, ntdetect.com didn't. I wasn't able to find ntdetect.com, probably simply because I was in the wrong folder.

Edit: I was able to get the ntdetect.com onto the main HD, but it still didn't work. I'm just going for an XP reinstall because all my important files are on entire different HD.
