The operators reply was that he would do it now. He explained that at present it is being done for those who apply either online or by telephone. If you use a cable modem as I do there is NO CHARGE for the upgrade. Those who access through a set top box have to pay a once only fee. I was on 750KB, this has been upgraded to 2 MB. I just ran a test and downloaded at 1933KB. A re-boot of the computer and modem is required after the upgrade. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
