mds303 Posted May 21, 2005 Report Share Posted May 21, 2005 I am using Windows XP SP2 and recently, whenever i go into my documents, then my videos, to watch a movie. While selecting a film, it just closes and says an error has occured.Any ideas. i regularly run spyware snd and regularly uodate my anti-virus.Anyone know whats wrong? nellie2 Posted May 21, 2005 Report Share Posted May 21, 2005 what is the error you get? have you checked your event log.. it might give a bit more information.Control Panel > Administrative Tools > event viewerThen double click on one of the logs there and it will open up with a bit more information... you are looking for errors which you cant miss becasue they are a red circle with a white cross inside Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
