dogbreath1 Posted June 11, 2005 Report Share Posted June 11, 2005 I've just subscribed to Hotmail Plus, in part to enable me to periodically check for and recover emails using (mainly) Incredimail and (occasionally) Outlook Express. With previous accounts, I have first opened them in OE then imported them into Incredimail. Also as previously, I've used the guidance contained on this site to set up the account. But I can't get it to connect. I've emailed Hotmail help and their reply contained the same guidance that's on the above site with the exception that 'Sign-In Name' does not have to include @hotmail.co.uk. On trying to connect, a dialogue box pops up containing my email address and password but on clicking o.k. it pops up again...and again, and so on. Eventually, I get a message 'Cannot connect to the server, access denied, please check your user name and password. Any ideas please? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
