Can anybody help me on the following problems?

-How can i protect my computer on Local Area Network by making other users enter the password, who want to access my computer?

i.e. how can i create password in LAN for other users?

I have Windows XP SP2 installed.

Windows does not require passwords for LAN. It assumes the password you used (or did not have to use) at login, verifies your identity. Therefore, you cannot ask for a password to access a LAN. You would require a 3rd party app to do this.
