spoolsv.exe - Ordinal Not Found

The ordinal 212 could not be located in the dynamic link library LOCALWIN32.dll

Long story, but basically I am imaging an old machine onto a new one, and by doing this I get a BSOD "Unaccessable Boot Device".. I have fixed this via a repair install, but now I am getting the error shown above... wnidows 2k pro

Google shows nothing...

Any ideas?
