Outlook 2003 junk mail filter another mailbox

Recommended Posts

Basically, our catch-all inbox is open by other people in the office. It's not their default mailbox, it's a secondary mailbox opened in their outlook clients below their ones in the tree view in Outlook 2003. Email is automatically sent to junk mail if it comes into our standard inbox, but it doesn't seem to catch the ones that come in to our catch all, and there is not even a junk mail folder in that inbox, so it has never worked obviously.

I've tried junk mail --> add sender to blocked senders list, but it doesn't work, maybe because it's not our default owned inbox, but we can read and delete them otherwise, but we don't want to have to manually delete every viagara email that comes through.

Why doesn't it automatically work? Is there a way to get it to work on that other mailbox?
