Scarecrow Man Posted August 18, 2005 Report Share Posted August 18, 2005 MozBackup - A utility for creating backups of Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, Mozilla Suite and Netscape Profiles.I just used this utility to Backup my Desktop Profiles of Firefox and Thunderbird. I recently purchased a new Laptop, and did not want to start from scratch. Not to mention the hundreds of e-mails I was going to loose. So I went in search of a backup utility.Manual Backups are an option, but don't always work. I was able to backup Thunderbird e-mails by going to C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Thunderbird\ and copying the directory to the new computer. Firefox did not work.I used this utility, which took almost 10 seconds to complete and within 2 minutes I was off and running on the new computer, as if I had never left my desktop.I give this program 10/10 because it is Fast, Easy, and it works!
