it doesnt actually stop anything but its annoying when it pops up every now and then i tried looking for the file on my pc and cant find it how do i correct this?

Try clearing your browser cache/cookies/temp files.

Open IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options

Click "Delete Files", tick the box that says "Delete all offline content" and click OK, then click "Delete cookies" and click OK.

Then, download CCleaner and install and run it to delete your computer's temp files, you should be OK.
