-pops-
Welcome to NPThis any help? http://www.modemhelp.net/dunerror/error_619.shtml Also http://www.isprank.com/dun_error/error_619.html Also from http://www.isprank.com/dun_error/error_619.html :If error 619 occursStep 1: Restart your computer. If you still have the error, go onto step 2Step 2: Delete your SMIG connection. To delete your SMIG connection, right-click the mouse button, and left-click on Delete. Then reinstall SMIG according to the XP directions. If this does not correct the error, go onto step 3Step 3: You now need to remove the modem.Go to Control Panel, Phone and Modems, Modems tab. Highlight the modem, and click on Remove. After which, close everything, restart your computer and Windows will reinstall the modem for you. This is a 'bug' in the Windows XP operating system. It may or may not occur.Note the last line.
