ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Over at the Products and Services forum I tried to add an additional reply with separate information after a post I had just made. Cannot do that - the additional post is appended into my previous post.Bug or feature?
dadyassa
That happened to me on the "what would you like thread"
andsome
If you click on REPLY or QUOTE your posting will attach to the previous quote. You have to click on ADD REPLY or FAST REPLY to prevent this.

Craig
It is a "new feature" in 2.1  Basically, if you are the last person to post a topic in a thread, and then wish to post again, it appends it to your last post. Not sure if you can class it as a feature, as like you, i was also confused when it first happened. andsome
I stand corrected, this is a new one OK. It works as well if you select fast reply instead of selecting add reply. I just tried it then deleted the result.

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Strange - I had this happening again to me today in this topic - very irritating. But then later I added something to this topic; this time it didn't happen! What's going on...? Could it be that the elapsed time between the two posts plays a role?
rong
Dose it make a difference if you use new reply rather than quick reply.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
I always use New Reply; never used the other one before.
