Problem with links in IE

Hi there,

My sisters computer seems to have a problem with links, I notice that all the links she has the problem with (they don't work, nothing happens when she clicks on them) all start with javascript.

Is there a quick fix to this?

Sounds like the Java installation may be corrupted.

Go to http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp and click "Verify Installation".

If it doesn't work, try downloading and reinstalling Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp

I'm assuming you've checked that java is enabled?

java is verified and now running latest version

however, problem is still there!
