prctr
I have a set of Monsoon MM-702 speakers - a very good sound quality. The company has since ben sold and doesn't seem to have a decent support website. We moved the computer setup across town, and in doing so, certain people forgot to make sure that all adapters were properly labelled. NOW, the proper adapter to power up the bass box (which in turn powers up the two other speakers) has gone missing. :ranting: I have tried a few of the ones I have, but none seem to match.I am disgusted and baffled at how I can find the correct specifications for the adapter (so as to rummage through the huge box of adapters I have) and, in the alternative, to discover where in the USA to purchase a replacement adapter. HELP!
Tony
HiIt should say how many volts DC it needs near the socket for the mains adaptor eg.. 9v also the polarity it needs should be there + - or - +, this will be shown in symbols. then it should just be a matter of buying a multi purpose mains adaptor. these come with a variaty of plugs for matching the one you need and also you can change the voltage and polarity to what you need. this should not be much more that £ 10 or so.Good luckTony
