1guest
I need to restart Motorola SB5100 remotely. When I go to 192.168.100.1 it shows only “Help” screen but the links to “Configuration” screen and other utility screens are somehow hidden. Can somebody with SB5100 please look what are the commands to send if I want to: “reset” and to “restart” the modem remotely. Thanks
expertec
Address for the config page should be http://192.168.100.1/config.htmlCan you get to that?
1guest
No, that screen has been modified on my modem to show very little. That is the problem. I need somebody with the "configuration" screen to mouse over the restart button and look at the status bar (at the bottom of IE window) for the command.I hope if I send the "restart" command that it will work. homecomputeraid
Do you own the device or does your service provider (ISP) own it? If your ISP owns it, they have probably limited user access.
