T4RIQ Posted December 12, 2005 Report Share Posted December 12, 2005 HI EVERY1I RECENTLY JUST BUILT A PC FOR A FRIEND WITH 1GB OF RAM...BOUGHT IT MYSELF,HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO COMPUTER PROPERTIES IT SHOWED 448MB UNDER RAM.BUT MY PC ALSO HAS 1GB OF RAM ASWELL AND IT DOES SHOW 1GB UNDER COMPUTERPROPERTIES.I DON'T GET THIS???? -pops- Posted December 12, 2005 Report Share Posted December 12, 2005 Is this a single stick of RAM or several small ones to make up the total?If there are several sticks, you could try each one in turn to determine which is faulty.
