Thumbnail Browser, Full-Screen Gallery and Slideshow

Browse and work with large collections of files from the Media Browser screen. When ready for a closer look go into the full-screen Gallery mode or start a slideshow with transition effects between image slides (images and movies can play together in one continuous slideshow). Media Purveyor features a background music player that will play audio in the background while viewing a slideshow, browsing files, editing images, or any other operation.

No Setup, No Hassle

Media Purveyor does not need to import your files; it will simply work with them. All description information is stored inside the pictures, movies and songs themselves - live and ready to be shared with the world.

File Renaming

Rename files using descriptive information (all metadata supported including keywords, Dublin Core, EXIF, etc.). Or drag and drop thumbnails to re-order your media and use the Numbered Series renaming option. To easily avoid name conflicts it is easy to add a prefix or suffix to all selected files. If the folder organization is already meaningful use the Embed Path option to include parts of the parent path in the file name.

Custom Description Schemes (ADVANCED)

Advanced users will want to author their own description schemes (called an Entry Screen) to define information critical for business or personal needs. Create an Entry Screen with the "widget count" and "gadget weight" fields to start describing and searching for images and movies based on widget and gadget properties. Share that Entry Screen with colleagues and you have a structured de-centralized database.

Other Metadata Supported As Well

Media Purveyor uses it's very own technology to provide portable description support for all formats. However, metadata technologies such as IPTC, EXIF, ID3, PNG Key/Values, and JPEG Comments are supported for searching as well.
