trackrat Posted January 24, 2006 Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 My friend has a Medion computer and a very old laptop, with only one USB port and a floppy drive on it.The Medion computer has a LAN port and four USB ports.Is it possible to use a LAN/USB cable (which I have) to transfer the files from the laptop to the desktop.
