Lamb Chop
 I put a second user onto my XP Home service pack 2 computer. When she goes onto a particular forum, using both IE and also tried it using another browser, IE secure, and both have the pages on the forum threads reversed.ie page no 4 and page 1 highlighted.instead of latest post on the bottom, it is on the top.Weird. Same forum on my user perfectly okay on both.Did I do something wrong to get this upside down? How can I fix it?
Scarecrow Man
Sounds like a setting for that user on the forum. Most forums have the option to display posts in reverse order.Check the settings of the forum first. For additional verification, you say only this user see's the forum in reverse order. If you log in to the forum with your account, under this user's windows account, you should see the posts are in regular order.
Lamb Chop
Thanks Scarecrow.I use the same forum and they get a bit nasty about multiple users etc. It si a consumer forum but there is a gang of posters who flame and then have flamed as under second name.Dont want to stop the second user who actually likes it, but I dont bother because of rudeness etc. Will using my account to check, after I have emptied cache, and I have deleted cookies, can they see me and then knock her off in retaliation? Bit involved but I do know that server :paperbag1: s can pick up your id off the computer etc. Just not sure how many do that. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Have you checked if there are any forum settings or preferences where this can be specified?
