Nataku
Hey everyone,I don't know how it exactly happened but my taskbar area does not show the windows that I have opened (you know how you click the bars at the bottom to switch between windows)It's wierd because my windows are up, I can switch between them with alt tab, and when I minimizre them, I can see the window minimize into the taskbar by the quicklaunch area, but then it's gone. I can bring it back up with alt tab, but I just cannot see it on my taskbar.Sorry if this is a nooby question and there is some super simple way to solve this, but any help would be greatBtw I'm running Windows XP Pro w/SP2thanks
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
It is possible that the active tasks portion of the taskbar went hiding. Unlock the taskbar, and see if you can see it and move it to the visible area.
Watchful
Just to add to the above; if you right-click the Taskbar and then go to 'Properties' you can see if the boxes are correctly ticked or not. After you've got it sorted, put the tick back to lock Taskbar again. You have to unlock it first to make changes.
