From Control Panel open Administrative Tools, then select Event Viewer. Sorry, I am not sure what programs are logged and what are not, or how you can make them to get logged. AlanHo Posted February 12, 2006 Report Share Posted February 12, 2006 I can think of no way where you will find a log of when programmes were opened if they are not included in the event logger.For Word, Excel etc you can see the date and time a particular file was last opened - in the file menu you can usually see a list of the last few files opened - use Windows Explorer to check the date and time for each one.
