NoobUSer Posted February 19, 2006 Report Share Posted February 19, 2006 Pls help me i have this strange problem.Windosw xp PROWhen i boot windows it directly says windows starting up. then it goes to the windows screen wherein i cant see my usernames.before i have 5 usernames there but now its gone. and i can see the link to turn off computer at the lower part.how can i even get to control panel if i cant get even click my usernames because its gone?I try pressing ctrl alt delete and it brings me to a small box where there is a windows username and password login screen and black background.And in the username there is already my login name "raymundo" but i dont remember that i put a specific password for that username.i remember that i used that user account before i logoff.Sori For my English im just new here and i hope somebody can help me .. Rebuilt Posted February 19, 2006 Report Share Posted February 19, 2006 If you select "shut down" from the start bar, can you choose to log off instead? or switch user? my laptop at home has more than one acount but if I choose to just shut down when I turn the computer back on it logs me in as my default acount automatically.
