limaxri Posted February 21, 2006 Report Share Posted February 21, 2006 Hola nuevamente con el tema del xp,alguien puede asesorame sobre el tema del no servicio de "ayuda y soporte tecnico" y de"compatibilidad de programas" Lo resumo porque a lo mejor no me exprese bien:tengo instalado windows xp profesional con services pck 1 y 2 y actualizado al minuto ya que tiene el servicio de actualizacion automatica de windows activado y uso banda ancha. No arrancan ni "ayuda y soporte tecnico" ni "compatibilidad de programas": Estos, servicios,parecen usar algo en comun,seguro que otro servicio debe estar cortado,pero no lo encontre todavia,la maquina anda bien salvo los programas que son de programacion de PLC,que son los que yo uso,los cuales buscan un servicio de autorizacion que es una clave que viene con el programa y se carga en una carpeta que se forma al instalarlos.Al princio todo funcionaba de maravillas pero ahora no arranca el"servicio de autorizacion" de los mismos y no funcionan,presumo que deben usar el mismo componente que le falta a los otros servicios porque otras veces formatee y cuando funcionaban los otros dos,este tambien y si no funcionan los otros no funciona este ultimo. Resumo lo que hice: Primero me sugirieron:"helpctr -regserver" pero no paso nada. Luego:"services.msc" para habilitar el servicio pero sigue detenido. Cuando clickeo en el icono de ayuda y soporte tecnico parece que quiere arrancar y se corta. Entonces me sugirieron "scan now" con el cd de instalacion y copie el arcivo "HelpCtr.exe en la carpeta correspondiente y nada que punto comun tiene ambos servicios? El tema es que es mi herramienta de trabajo y formatear me lleva mucho tiempo y pierdo datos que no se pueden hacer "Back Up" y me quita muchas oportunidades laborales que yo necesito.
