I think your machine may be infected, will you please read the Highjackthis instructions, download and run the application then post your log back here at this location H J T log

Full instructions are in that link but please post back to this topic if you need any help in doing what is requested.

You can't see your system32 folder because it's hidden. Go to Tools -> Folder options -> View (tab)

Tick the radio button that says "Show hidden files and folders"

Untick the box that says "Hide protected operating system files"

As for the ServicePackFiles folder, that is normal. It is created during Service Pack installation.
