r4may Posted February 26, 2006 Report Share Posted February 26, 2006 It's been in the news for sometime but very low key.At present the ISP's etc are not cooperating on grounds of possibly falling foul of the Data Protection Act.Not that the DPA bothers the DVLA they give the information to anyone except those who need it.
