ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Useful, indeed. I have just clicked on the Gordon Ramsey link, as I have eaten at his new restaurant last Sunday. Great recipes in there - and they are in metric! (I have never been able to understand American recipes, where they weigh flower or sugar in cups!) (I have never been able to understand American recipes, where they weigh flower or sugar in cups!)American recipes used to irritate me for the same reason until we bought a bread making machine. The recipes for the machine are in cups, but a standard cup measure is provided. So now it is no problem using American recipes. :D :D
