How does that work out? Shouldent they just make one big old Internet rule for all countrys because whats happending on the internet these days is nuts! China is trying to set up "rules" for the internet and it is causing a lot more trouble than it was before the rules were in place. How do you suggest governing 6,499,697,060 computers?Also, since the US has the most internet users, it is the easiest target. If US has 203,824,428 users. Canada has 21,900,000 and the ratio of legit music downloads to pirate music downloads is for example 2:1 (legal:pirate) there are 101,912,214 pirates in US and only 10,950,000 in Canada. The US has a much larger base, and therefore more people are pirating.In USA, it is illegal to download mp3's illegally. In Canada it is illegal to upload mp3's. I wouldn't touch any music downloads with a barge pole anyway. How do you know what viruses, Malware, trackers etc some idiot has put onto the site ?
