Seshomaru Samma Posted March 26, 2006 Report Share Posted March 26, 2006 HiI just installed IIS 5.1 on my XP pro machineWhen I browse to http://localhost I get a windows welcome screen which promises me that if I put some files at the root of inetpub I will be able to see them instead of the welcome screen.I followed this guide and put an asp file in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot but I still get the welcome screenIs there something else I should know?Anyone knows a good SIMPLE guide to IIS?
