It's supposed to be an option which allows you to boot-up computers from over the network. This would be pretty neat for me since I'll be able to boot my comp (with loads of movies on it) from over my laptop in the garden and then watch some movies from the comp on the laptop. -pops- Posted April 4, 2006 Report Share Posted April 4, 2006 This idea seems to be introducing an unnecessarily complex answer into a very simple (or non-existent) problem.If you know that you might want to use your wireless link between your computers, why not have the one you want to link to already booted (or "woken up") ready for that?I know that once my computers are booted in the morning that's it for the day.
