catpower Posted April 14, 2006 Report Share Posted April 14, 2006 Hi,hope someone can help. I installed I Tunes yesterday (windows 2000) and now my PC doesn't recognise my CD Drives. They show as on the system in device manager, and add/remove hardware. Within add/remove hardware i get an error message that reads 'This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)'I have tried the trouble shooting tips to update or change device drivers, but it says it already has the correct drivers.
