Office tools are notorious to create atrocious HTML output. If you know a little HTML code, then the easiest would be to write it by hand.

However, I just opened your original XLS file with Excel, then saved it as a HTML file - and the result looks pretty similar like the original Excel sheet. I wonder why mine looks so much different...? See attachment

Hmm I'll plow through it all again and recheck. Thanks for looking Pat.

Hmm I'll plow through it all again and recheck. Thanks for looking Pat. I was doing it this way because of the img problem so if anyone was interested they wouldn't have to go through the labourious link that I have presently in my signature and also for some local people who do look at my web to see what I've been up to. As I'm about to start knocking on doors for this year's fund raising it will save a lot of explanations at the doors and save time.
