-pops- Posted May 25, 2006 Report Share Posted May 25, 2006 Yes there is a disk utility in Windows BUT it will not permit you to format the "C" drive i.e. that drive with Windows on it (for obvious reasons).For Windows XP, Right click on My Computer and click Manage -> Disk management -> Right click on the drive you want to format, click format and follow the instructions.
