TERBOW Posted June 15, 2003 Report Share Posted June 15, 2003 I To get rather pi***d of with some of the jumped up self appointed forum editors,trying to play god, in PCA its true that the majority are very helpful, but has anyone ever had a favorable response to a forum suggestion off one of the FE's on PCA ,i have made 3 and the private response from them was always like being told to mind my own business, No One Could ever accuse this site of that,I asked a question once about calling Windows Forum a sister site which was quickly removed. :angry: This has to be one of the more informal help sites there is. lets hope in time more and more people see the light and come and stay with this site.I'll Get Off My Soap Box Now :ph34r: Hope the photo is not to risqué! ;) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Shirley_Crabtree Posted June 16, 2003 Report Share Posted June 16, 2003 BTW PCA_Expert got it dead right.Thx Northy...I try to tell it like it is,but often run into ass-licking jobsworths who run straight to FE,putting their "hand up!!"On the whole,PCA forum is a superb reference site containing a wealth of positive information....however at its worse I've seen some dreadful advice issued by ppl who have NO IDEA what they are talking about to ppl who will take such advice.I've argued this point with Guy...the fact that ANYONE can ask for advice ,and ANYONE can offer answers,quite freely,it's just looking for trouble,but my worries that someone who is totally USELESS can advise in a thread were met with the response that we are all here to learn and that was the "Advantage" the forum had...we could all learn from our fellow posters.I don't think that he understood me :rolleyes: Cheers.Shirl.
