NotAGoodName Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 Well, I have been using the same keyboard setup for a mmorpg for a year or so, and I have to add a new key, but the only option is ctrl, but with my other keys I end up mashing ctrl-alt-del, and going into Windows. This is a huge problem...My question is, can I reassign the shortcut for Task Manager? Would be nice to have it as F8+F12 or something. Ive tried disabling it in the registry, but when I did that, it would still cause a window pop-up telling me I have it disabled, this also brings me into Windows.I am using Win XP Home w/ SP2, any help would be greatly appreciated :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
-pops- Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 Why bother with a shortcut to the Task Manager?Instead of dislocating your fingers trying to press Crtl, Alt, Del at the same time, just RIGHT click on an empty space on the Task Bar and click Task Manager.
