KoolNeil
Hi all.So, im going to set up a wireless network in my home but all i keep seeing are 'ADSL' wireless routers. I have cable set up at home with an optical fibre running into a Cable Modem. Are there any wireless routers that allow me to plug the ethernet cable from the modem into the wireless router and then for that to wirelessly trasmit my internet? Thanks in advance
Boa Constrictor
I think, they're basically the same. (and I'm a complete computer idiot)I have cable and I'm using Netgear - they come in at least 3 speeds.

Be careful to buy a router and not a combined modem and router.Remember you will need a receiver on the computer for your wireless transmission.
