Desktop Boy Posted June 14, 2006 Report Share Posted June 14, 2006 I have two different laptops and both have XP SP2 but have two different versions of Outlook. Everytime they attempt to view an e-mail with an attachment or open the attachment Outlook appears to have stopped responding and it takes over 5 minutes to load the attachment. The ironic thing is that you can continue to use every other program on the PC without issue while Outlook appears to have stopped responding. I saw on a couple different sites to re-install Outlook, didn't work, and to delete Security Update 100908531, didn't work. I would appreciate any help that I could get with this problem.
