That'll teach him to keep his hands to himself and his nose out of the cocaine!!!If it is proven that is, not the cocaine bit 'cos the pictures in the paper were clear enough.......but the other bit about the assault. I have a niggling doubt whether the accuser (s) are trying to get something out of this because he is a celebrity. Guest Shirley_Crabtree Posted June 18, 2003 Report Share Posted June 18, 2003 Can anyone with the status J.L. has achieved actually be given a FAIR trial?I doubt it...any given jury could consist of people who JUST DON'T LIKE HIM..per se!It's a tough old world when celebs face court charges and I guess the Lawyers know that too...I'll sit on the fence with this case as I don't know the chap...But I'd like to bet that the "victims" are women who have been introduced to J.L. and stand to gain rich rewards upon a conviction :(I'd just like to know why they didn't report these offences till now?...as I understand these are all rather old accusations,without any dna or material back-up!Cheers.Shirl.
