If there are for example 3 slideshows on the page, the box appears 3 times. After i click OK for each one the page finishes loading but the slideshows etc dont work. They appear as Quicktime logo's with question marks over them. I can download stuff without any problems. Do you get the Active X prompt when downloading???Kamanchi
andsome
Many sites need Active X before downloading. You need someone cleverer but not as good looking as me to help further. :D :D

Is it possible that you were using version 5.5?. If so uninstall 7 and have a look to see what your version is. If it's 5.5, then 6 is available from Microsoft. kamanchi
I tried it first with the version I was using and got no joy, so i thought I'd try version 7 beta, this still did not resolve the issue. I then downloaded version 6 as i couldnt find what version of explorer was running. When i tried to install version 6 i was told that "setup had detected a newer version of explorer" and cannot continue. But the problem is i uninstalled version 7 beta.
