Namely the one we have to insert when we turn the PC on) You don't have to insert a password unless you want the PC set up that way. Just wondered if you were aware of this. If so, login as administrator and reset the user's password.If you have no way of bringing up your Windows system, then I don't know of any method to retrieve the lost login password.
