Downing Street says that....""A spokesman/spokeswoman, speaking on behalf of Downing Street/No 10/the Government, said..."It is all very confusing. We have a speaking numeral, an incoherent idiot, a talking street and conversational wheel repairers. All we need now are a few shouting bicycle pumps and a singing innertube and who knows where we might end up. One day someone might feel that we really ought to know who says what.
