-pops- Posted July 29, 2006 Report Share Posted July 29, 2006 Is the fridge between the transmitter and receiver of your wireless signal?Large metal objects can act as a very effective shield for radio waves and even if there is no direct blockage, there is a strong possibility that reflections/distortions of the signal can take place - resulting in the effects you are experiencing.Another possibility is that electromagnetic interference from the fridge motor is somehow distorting your wireless signal, causing the system to dropout.
