Web page/email problem?

I've been able to access this web page in the past and also send emails but now i cant. I dont have this problem with other sites. This is the message when i try to access the site:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and my email to the company was returned with the following message:

Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server.

Reason: Mail relaying denied. Please authenticate first to use this server as an outbound SMTP server.

Please reply to <[email protected]>

if you feel this message to be in error.

The original message has been removed from the bounce message

Any ideas why this is happening, thanks

500 errors are errors at the recipient's end, not yours, as are "forbidden" errors (usually accompanied by a code number) if you were previously able to connect.

Perhaps your recipient is having problems with his system.

Don't make any adjustments to your system but notify the other party if you can.
